Therefore, we provide ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from purchase. This would cover any repair to the ring regardless of how it was damaged.
- There will be a flat $20 processing fee for each claim. This will help keep our price low and minimize abusive damage to the rings.

If your ring doesn't fit perfectly, we'll be happy to remake it in another size for a small $30 sizing fee, this is to cover materials, Shipping and labor since each ring is custom made from start to finish. For a 100% satisfaction guarantee, a claim must be made to Twistedbands10@gmail.com within 7 days of the ring being delivered. Customer will be responsible for return shipping, but there will be No Guarantee Fee! Keep in mind size issues are not valid for refund. Please insure to get proper measuring before placing order.
Depending on the order type we typically ship out a ring order within approximately 7-14 business days of order placement. We primarily ship our rings through USPS, 3 day first class mail. If for some reason you need a different shipping provider please email us after you place your order so we can arrange accordingly.
Any returned rings will be subject to a $30 restocking fee. If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 7 days of delivery. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method minus a $30 restocking fee.
Returns and Refunds are not accepted on discounted items or sales using discount codes above 30%.
If there is an error on your order, your ring will be corrected or remade for you to the original ring ordered at no additional cost. Any errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from the refund policies, but rather entitle them to have their ring corrected to be the product ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. The return policy only applies to the original ring, exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again.
