Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we are delighted to tell you that we ship these rings anywhere in the world.

 

How long does it take for my ring to ship?

All items ordered Monday - Friday will usually ship within 2-3 business days. All of our rings are hand made so it takes a few days to make sure we have everything ready to ship. Please note that Saturday does not constitute a business day. We are closed for all major US holidays and will ship items the following business day.

 

What company do you use for shipping?

We typically ship USPS for all orders. Delivery times will vary by location. If you need a faster shipping time, we do offer Fedex 2 day air by request only. Please contact us at support@twistedbands.com and we would be happy to take care of your needs.

We know you will love your new ring, but if you have second thoughts, send an email to our customer service team at support@twistedbands.com and we will be happy to return or exchange your ring within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges associated with a return or exchange.

 

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

We are happy to accept a return for ANY reason within 14 days of receiving your items. Please contact support@twistedbands.com and we would be happy to help arrange your return.

What is the width of your rings?

Size 5-10 is available 6mm, 

Size 8 to 15, 8mm.

8 to 10 can be either 6mm or 8mm. Standard size is a 8mm

If width is not specified in the confirmation email the standard size will will be auto applied.

 

Are there custom charges for international orders?

Each government handles customs uniquely. Please check with your local government for costs or any fees that may be associated with your purchase. If there are custom/duty charges in your country, the customer is responsible for all fee's and other costs associated with your purchase. 

  

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! Twisted Bands does offer 1 of a kind custom rings, simply send us an email to support@twistedbands.com and describe what you're looking for in your ring to start a custom order.

 

How do I make a change to my order?

Please note that once your item has shipped we CANNOT redirect the package. If you need to arrange a shipping adjustment, you will need to contact the carrier directly but approval of the redirection is not guaranteed. Contact support and we can look for a solution to your situation at support@twistedbands.com.
