What are the width options for your rings?
- Size 5-10: Available in 6mm width.
- Size 8-15: Available in 8mm width.
- Sizes 8-10: Can be either 6mm or 8mm (standard is 8mm).
If you don’t specify the width in your order confirmation, the standard 8mm width will be applied.
Do you offer custom rings?
Yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind custom rings. Contact us at support@twistedbands.com with your vision, and we’ll help you design your perfect ring.
Can I modify my order after it’s placed?
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or redirect the package. If you need assistance before your order ships, reach out to us at support@twistedbands.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How long does it take for my Ring to ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 2-3 business days. As all our rings are handmade, it may take a few days to prepare your order.
Please note that Saturday is not considered a business day, and we are closed on major U.S. holidays. Orders will ship the next business day after a holiday.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on location. If you need expedited shipping, we offer FedEx 2-day air by request.
